Faithfull listeners,
I don't really know what is going on right now other than I couldn't get in the studio last evening. I texted and called the program director but didn't get an answer. I think he just forgot to leave it unlocked but you just never know. Things happen sometimes.
I'm a little frustrated due to the fact I had been working all day putting this thing together, and I'm very sorry you won't get to hear it at this time. However, since I am a solutions based kind of a guy, I guess what I could do is just do what I had planned for the airwaves tonight on Facebook. I would imagine that I could probably find everything I had planned on playing, if everyone is game. Look on the bright side, no news and no commercials and you only have to play the ones you want to hear.
That reminds me. Can anyone advise me on setting up podcasts or even setting up an internet radio station? What all does it take to do get started on something like that? Just wondering-It seems it would sure free things up and I wouldn't have to worry so much about the FCC, if you know what I mean and I think you do! Another HUGE plus would be that I could do it from my office!
Again, please accept my apologies. I think this was just all a big miscommunication because I could get into the building, just not in the broadcast booth. When someone is let go or cancelled they change the combination to get into the building. This was not the case last night.
So until I hear different the show will be on the air next Saturday night ( I may see if I can do a Wednesday and/or Thursday night show since I'm on vacation from the job that pays nearly all the bills later this week, that is if the high sheriffs will let me) from 10 PM until midnight!
