HICKOIDS TRAIPSE OFF IN FAMILIAR DIRECTION...
The Hickoids are real happy to be heading out on tour and temporarily beating the Texas heat. We're hitting several of the cities we visited on the "Meet The Grandkids" tour in 2009, a couple of places we haven't played (or been run out of) since the late 1980's and a couple we've never been to before. And we're also thrilled to be sharing the stage with friends at almost every stop including the Blood Drained Cows (featuring Gregg Turner of the Angry Samoans), The Grannies (with Sluggo of Hullabaloo), Lynette Skynyrd, the all-female trib to those Southern Rock icons (featuring Laurie Es and Sylvia Juncosa), Luck Of The Draw and last but not least Greg Davis' Blood On The Saddle.

"WHAT A DRAG" Redux
DRAG RGB
CROSS-DRESSING FOR A CAUSE
Thursday June 9th the 29th Street Ballroom (formerly The Austin Art Authority) in Austin will be the scene of some freaky behavior as The Gay Sportscasters and Glambilly reprise the "What A Drag It Is Getting Old" show held about two months ago in San Antonio. The drag show, bands and Rolling Stones Karaoke event will benefit Austin poster artist Jason Austin as he continues to battle with MS.
Showtime is 10pm and suggested donation is $10.

Hope to see you there, wherever that may be.
