Thanks to Suddenlink Cable's, for the I don't know how many times, email server is down. They always tell me when I call them that they will prorate it on my bill but have never seen that happen. I'm trapped though, it's them or dial up. Come to think of it though, dial up would be faster than what I'm getting right now!
