A letter I wrote to Dish Network this morning after they tried to get me to fight their battle with FOX

Okay guys.

I don’t know who is telling me the truth. You guys say one thing, Fox says another.

Here is my position. I watch, literally, 162 Ranger games per year. Most of those games are on FOXSW. I watch nearly every Spurs game, most of which are also on FOXSW. These two teams are very important to me. If I don’t get those channels back, and I mean very soon. You will be in breach of your contract with me and I will go elsewhere.

This is not my fight, it is yours. You need to resolve it immediately or I will go elsewhere. There is nothing you can say or do to me to change my mind. I will repeat, this is your fight and you need to grow up and come to a resolution very soon or you will be losing a long time customer. I assure, I am not the only one who feels this way. So choose your actions carefully and consider the repercussions of your actions.

I have been very pleased with your company since you righted a wrong with me several years ago. Let’s not screw it all up now.
